Sandy Bracey who chairs the Dictionary project for the St. Albans Elks Lodge and with help from Sally Sullivan, delivered dictionaries to all 3rd Grade Students in Franklin County (a total of 492 dictionaries to 16 schools) Thank you Sandy and Sally!
