Springfield Elks Lodge held their annual Drug Awareness Poster Contest awards ceremony at Union St. School in Springfield.  Drug Awareness chairman Jim Kirkwood of Springfield Elks Lodge  remarked that quality of the posters entered was exceptional.  That made the judging that much harder to come up with the six top winners.
