Brattleboro Lodge #1499’s Kate Rabideau, Americanism Chair announced the Winner this morning at the Oak Grove 5th Grade Class for the Americanism Essay Award. Congratulations to Payton McTaggart. Payton came in 3rd place at the Vermont State Competition and received a Certificate and $25 prize! This year’s Theme was “What the Bill of Rights Means to Me”.
