Rutland Lodge 345 presented their FIRST WELCOME HOME KIT to a Veteran recently securing an apartment in Rutland. Our thanks to Renee Hotaling, VEA Veteran’s Chair for sharing the information for this Veteran so we could provide the kit. Our thanks also to the Elks Veterans Commission for sponsoring the Welcome Home Kit program. In addition to household items, Lodge members donated $190 which was used to purchase grocery gift cards for the Veteran and her family.
